Below are some reviews that were sent to us by email and that we have been authorized to publish.

The following Thailandiaweb reviews concern some of the trips organized by us and are written by some of the clients who have used the tourist services of ThailandiaWeb choosing us for their vacation in Thailand. Many Clients / Friends of ThailandiaWeb once returned to Italy send us emails to thank us. We have decided therefore starting from February 2012 to publish some of these reviews to give an idea to future Clients of our serious and professional way of working.

THAILAND WEB: A DREAM WITHIN REACH

This year, my boyfriend and I had chosen a 2-week tour of Thailand as our holiday destination.

After consulting various travel agencies that offered tours that were either too “commercial” or too expensive, we came across the Thailand Web website.

After an initial moment of hesitation, due to the fact of relying on a one-line tour operator, we instead let ourselves be guided by Pablo's proposals.

Moral of the story, we spent two UNFORGETTABLE weeks!!!!

Lovely hotels, very friendly and helpful guides, private cars that followed us in every move, in short MORE than we would have ever expected!!!

All this while moving away from the usual standardized destinations commonly proposed to mass tourism!

Our Thai guides (but speaking Italian) made us savour the true “scents” of the country by taking us to markets and places where we were often the only tourists!

Not to mention our stay in the Khao Sok nature reserve, a paradise on earth, where we stayed in floating houses on the lake, immersed in nature and in total relaxation!!

During our trip, we also had the pleasure of personally meeting Pablo who kindly offered us dinner in a very good Italian restaurant!

Now that we are back in Italy, we still have the memory of a holiday that will remain in our hearts forever and that I wish everyone to take!

Hi Paul,

I am writing to thank you on behalf of all the participants for the fantastic holiday you organised for us.

We had a really good time in all the places you booked for us, you were very helpful and the transfers were perfect.

The only small problems we had, I'm telling you only for your information and not to create any controversy, were at Caffè&Caffè.

The structure is very nice, tastefully furnished and the rooms are large and comfortable, however, the management leaves a little to be desired. In fact, often (practically almost every day) there is no water and sometimes electricity. It is not nice to get up and not be able to use the water both for washing and for the toilet and the same for the evening shower after being on the beach all day.

The trip was comfortable anyway, so no problem, but do you know what could have happened? Our seats from the voucher you sent us were confirmed... how could they have been given to others... (we were about 15 people in this situation)... I ask you to understand so that we can perhaps avoid this situation again... What should we do?
